Parish Life Committee

The Parish Life Committee plans activities to enhance the social, recreational and spiritual life of the United Reformed Church members and friends. Events include an annual worship service and church picnic at The Farm; welcoming receptions for new members and the confirmation class; Sale Daze - an annual two day, church-wide rummage sale; a variety of social activities, including theme dinners, dinner theater trips, and concerts; coffee hour after church; retreats at The Farm; service projects for community organizations; volunteers for SHIP's Galley, which feeds the homeless and working poor of our community; suppers and luncheons; holiday parties; nursery care for infants through pre-school children during worship and special services. Members deliver worship services flowers to hospitalized or home bound members and friends.

URC members are kept informed through the Sunday bulletin, a monthly newsletter ( InTouch), a directory, special mailings, bulletin boards, and this web site.
